Islet is free software for macOS, made by Derek Schwung. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You may download and use Islet for free, for personal or work use. You may not sell it, repackage it or pass it off as your own. The app and its code are © 2026 Derek Schwung, all rights reserved; bundled sounds keep their own licences (see the credits in the app).

No warranty

Islet is provided as is, without any warranty. It changes some settings on your Mac when you ask it to (for example Claude Code's hooks, or the site-blocking helper), and it can be removed completely with its uninstall script. Use it at your own risk; the maker isn't liable for any loss or damage from using it.

Claude and Anthropic

Islet is an independent app that works with Claude Code. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.

Changes

These terms may change with new versions of the app. The current version is always on this page.
